The first-ever Gator Showcase Night was held on November 21st in Lindbloom Student Center Main Dining Area. The first place was the "Latinos with a Cause", performing a mix of latin style dance, the second place was Secil Erensoy, from Turkey, with her unique belly dance and the third place was "Harsh Reality Inc." with their alternative rock band. We, as ISAs, want to congratulate everyone that has attended the event, reminding that in these type of organizations the important thing is to participate and have a good time. As we had a good time, we are pretty sure that everybody did too. Thanks for coming everybody!
Green River Community College Gators volleyball team has completed the normal season with the best record in the Western Division tied with Tacoma CC. Gators have started the NWAACC Championship today in Mt. Hood Community College, Oregon. They won their first game against SW Oregon CC, getting to the second round. You guys will be updated as the tournament goes on. Go Gators!
